Customer service agents have ignored my requests for support for months now. The app has stopped taking monthly payments from some of our customers, with no clear way to fix this. There's also no clear way to export the data to migrate over to another subscription provider! Save yourself the hassle and avoid this app.
The app works well, the team behind is great in terms of support, I would definitely recommend to download it if you want to increase your repeat purchases
They helped me migrate my contracts from another service, they were fast and responsive. The app looks great and works great. Can recommend!
