This app is great! We love all the functionality it gives us. From special flows and integrations to mail integration. Works great. Our CX rep Gordon C. is money. So much knowledge about shopify, and how to make our store the best experience for our customers!!

After a few teething problems with initial set up I contacted the support team and a guy named Gordon was able to get us up and running within the hour. He was helpful, patient and made the process a lot less daunting than it had seemed initially. Moving forward, we're looking forward to growing our subscription side of the business with ReCharge and won't hesitate to reach out to the support team should we need any further help.

Customer service is always prompt and helpful. The product itself works in predictable ways and has been robust. You can tell that it has been built by good Engineers.

Even though we are on the FREE account we get incredible after-sales service, love the features, flexibility and capability of the application and there is pretty much nothing it can't cater for!

I highly recommend this app for anyone who wants to add recurring orders and/or bundles to their website. Jairus Streight from Recharged help me get the app up and running. I greatly valued his expertise and patience. I felt he went above and beyond to make this app work for our site, which was difficult, because we have a complicated website. Such a perfect experience, the app is great and almost covers all our complicated needs, but what is even better the team, from Sean, Alona to Christophe, they are super helpful and at one point you will feel they are part of your team, literally got answers in 5 mins in a Saturday night, for me Customer service and support is the most important element in any app
