This app has been pivotal in my business, and the customer service (I spoke to Nikola) is great- I was able to contact them easily and got a response and solution quickly. .
Recently added recharge to our website and have had great customer service since Day 1. Prompt responses for every question I have. Shout out to the many team members who have helped me, and more recently Dalia F. Thank you for all you help!
Very great app - the personal is well qualified from Sales, to customer service and migration engineer.

ReCharge has been a tremendous asset and addition to our tech stack. I was reluctant to sign up to Recharge at first because of the higher price vs the lower priced subscription management apps available, however I have to say this is already proving extremely valuable.
First it's a well built app which just works so I don't have to worry about that, and the support team has always been highly responsive and extremely helpful with their responses (thank you Vincent for your support just now).
I also have found that more revenue is being saved because of the workflow from Recharge to encourage skipping, rather than a straight off the bat cancellation from the customer, so it's already proving highly valuable.
Great app, highly recommend!
