Recharge Subscriptions

Recharge support is fantastic. We were with a smaller subscription management company prior and it might be days before we heard back from them. Recharge does a great job at prioritizing support tickets and replying promptly, even to low level issues.

Jenalyn got my problem solved really quickly — super glad to have switched over to ReCharge. My subscriptions are so much easier to manage now.

Jaden was a HUGE help. I appreciate Jaden taking the time to help me and providing me with additional information. 5/5 customer service representative.

Pros: Setup is straightforward, seamless integration with Shopify, support team is helpful and responsive!

Cons: Reporting and some customization is limited or not that intuitive. It's also a bit expensive

Ola helped me so much but resolving my technical problems in a very quick manner. I appreciate the assistance!
