Great app and support as usual ! :) I use it every day and it's very easy to get by. The assistance is always available and offers good advice.
Switched over from Pay Whirl and never looked back. The process of moving our subscribers over to Recharge was quick and easy. Recharge offers way more features (like pausing) and makes it easier for our team to adjust subscriptions on the backend. The new analytics on the homepage is also great!

Bryan was incredibly helpful as our support agent. ReCharge is a great subscription app. It has allowed us to scale and automate key features.
I had several questions about rescheduling orders and integration of a new Shopify theme with the Recharge App. Jaden W. took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know without rushing through the process. Lots of info to process but an excellent support experience.

Recharge has been a great partner for us for the past 3 years. We're now on their Pro plan, and the features and level of support we receive whenever we need to tweak something are stellar - the team responding to our queries (Jairus, Paola, Tarek, Alicia, and of course Timoor) usually responds within 12 hours and solves whatever we need.
