Brandon fixed all my issues quickly and made it really easy for me to solve what I needed to have done!

We are using ReCharge for two of our brands' website. Onboarding for the second website was smooth, Hazel P. is awesome and helped to solve ongoing problems. I recommend ReCharge for businesses who want to add subscription to their website.
Over priced and taking too much from their customers. If you are a small business trying to scale steer away!! High monthly fees, as well as fees per transaction and an extremely slow analytics system to go with it.
The support member answered my question and implemented the solution. He even went beyond what I was anticipating. I only needed to communicate one time to get a resolution.
The support team is very helpful in demonstrating how to navigate the app. Joey helped to resolve two concerns I had and was very quick to respond.
Very good customer service - Meredith M. was a great help with resolving an issue I was having. Really appreciate it!
We are quite happy with how recharge enables us to provide subscriptions to our customers. It also integrates well with the other apps we use on the product page
I would recommend it. Great customer service and easy to use! Although, my clients tend to have a tough time canceling subscriptions that they ordered by accident.
