Support is very helpful! They helped me do some testing when our customers were having trouble managing their subscriptions and provided good recommendations.
We have used this app for 2 years and have not had any issues. It has allowed us to take subscribers for our products and is really easy to use.
Great app, even better support! Without recharge the alternative would be a web of services badly strung together. 5 stars from us

Quite intuitive, very useful. It usually works great - we just experienced a couple of minor issues with out "go to checkout" button, but overall very good experience. CS team is always happy to help.
Recharge seems to be the standard subscription app for Shopify. It does its job, but from the customer's point of view, it's not intuitive. We receive a lot of customer support requests asking for help changing ship date, flavor, etc. However, they are continually updating and it is improving. The customer support has been very good, but it does not always integrate as seamlessly as I would expect.
Happy about that Recharge Subscriptions. Support is always there to help. We are using it since a couple of years now.
