Kiki L answered my question quickly and her customer service was 5-Star. Your app is easy to use but I find your Help/Support Center difficult to locate answers in. Your team is great and I usually reach out to them by message directly because I go around in circles trying to get an answer through the Help screen. I have to say, though, the recent update is good as it provides more detailed analytical info.
Incredible app. It is the core of our entire business. Great features, great support, great communication. We wanted to scale our business into a large subscription company. There is no better app than Recharge to make that happen. Running a subscription company can be complex logistically, it would be impossible to do this on your own. Recharge provided me with every resource I needed to make a multi-million dollar, scalable business possible.

I find it not very interactive and it should have live chat to speed up the support process. However, the email support guys do their best to help as much as possible.
The app is very easy to install. The customers interface is comfortable to work with, but not always intuitive. Customer support is great. Vary fast, very efficient and very friendly. Thank you.
