Quick customer service. My issues got resolved in a minute. very handy app. I will recommend it to others
Customer support is great! I've heard directly from customers that they love the convenience and flexibility of subscriptions.
I've had a pretty poor experience with Recharge. They charge you for all sorts of features including customer support. We've been using Recharge for our subscription offering for the last 2 years. They recently changed how the customer portal looks, you used to be able to customize how this page looked so it was on-brand and matched the rest of the site. Without any notification, they've changed it completely. It can't be customized with brand fonts or colors - so it looks really awful. They now require you to upgrade to customize this page, $300 a month. Pretty crazy. I'm actively looking to switch to another app for our subscription products.

Love that Recharge has a per transaction model rather than a fixed monthly fee. As a new business owner that is still doing business development, it's helpful to keep cost low. Recharge customer service was quick in resolving my billing questions and transferring me to their new Advantage plan.
ReCharge made the subscription process easy for our customers. Customers can easily change anything about an existing subscription. Whenever we encountered minor issues, ReCharge support was super responsive and always had a resolution. We would love for the ReCharge app and Shopify to become even more seamless -- so, for example, when looking at our store's conversion rate, it would be great if it counted the initial subscription order in the total number of orders that went into the conversion math. But overall, we're very happy that we chose ReCharge for subscriptions.
This app powers our entire subscription biz and we wouldn't be able to run on shopify without it. Functionality is slightly limited out of the box, but the Recharge team is ready and willing to help with any and all customizations, and their CS team is very responsive and willing to help with all issues big and small.
Migrating an existing subscription base is hard and things don't always go right. What I love about Recharge so far though is their brilliant customer services. They reply quickly and in detail to help you solve anything and I'm excited to keep going with them in future.
We've been using Recharge for a while now. It works better than other subscription software we have had.
I will say I find their help documentation generally confusing - like it's written for someone more tech minded.
However, their customer support usually responds within 24 hours and is helpful.
