The best subscription app (I have used most of the others!). The customer support from Recharge is the best, especially Alicia! Really good response times and they understand the issue you have and solve it fast. Onboarding was also really smooth, with personal support helping us migrate our base.
Excellent App. Snezana was especially helpful and knowledgeable. The communication was straightforward & fast. 5 Stars
I switched from Bold and I'm very happy I did. Improved analytics, checkout flexibility, and bundling.
I had an issue with the subscription widget as my website was a little unique... the tech support consistently emailed me until the issue was figured out and resolved. They were also very kind and patient. Very nice people to work with.
Recharge has helped us tremendously by streamlining a bunch of processes that we had traditionally put together with custom code and manual workflows. Now we've got it all in one place, and the customer support is top notch! They are timely and thorough--couldn't be happier to work with them.
We have been using ReCharge for a few months now, switching from another subscription app. The main difference with ReCharge has been customer service, they reply to your queries fast and help in every way possible. Eventhough is not the perfect solution it works really well.
Gordon C was incredibly helpful in making sure we are set up for success. Our migration was implemented with ease thanks to Iopa and his team - very pleased with the interface and platform!
We have had a pretty great experience with Recharge so far, especially the customer service. I worked with Vinse R for our launch, and he was wonderful! He was SO responsive and helpful, plus he was a pleasure :) Thank you so much!
Buen servicio de atención al cliente. Buena integración. Nosotros trabajamos una suscripción de café con varias variantes y no ha habido ningún problema. Como mejora propondría que las traducciones se pudieran migrar de un dashboard a otro. Actualmente si quiero actualizar el panel de control debo de volver a escribir todas las traducciones al español que no son pocas.
