Dora always gets back to me super fast and handles whatever tech help I need. She has a very pleasant manner and I really can't thank her enough.
I'm happy we selected the Recharge app to use for our subscriptions. Although some things with the customer interface seemed a bit clunky at first, they are aware of those things and are continually making updates to improve the customer UX and corporate interface as well. Their customer service is very responsive and helpful. I appreciate the continual improvements and ease of use. The support articles and resources are very helpful too.
Great customer service. Means the world in this day and age. It's a little pricy but we have been getting good traction with repeat customers. We'll definitely continue to expand upon it.
This app has been fantastic for our subscription program. I've also been impressed with their customer support either by chat or email. I recently had a rather big issue and the support rep, Norm, was great. He provided me step-by-step instructions and I was able to get the problem resolved.
If you want to provide a subscription in your shop, this is the best app for subscriptions on Shopify. And good customer service, too!
Hi there folks at ReCharge! I'm writing to you today because of Denis R., who is just the freakin' best. Denis answered my question (which was all I expected), but then gave me ways to investigate the issue and avoid it in the future. He went above and beyond and was so helpful. As a customer support person myself, I love having positive conversations and dang. Denis. Dude. You're so positive it's contagious. Please give Denis one of those giant cookies that's like the size of a pizza. Maybe even bigger than that? Break a world record, because Denis deserves it. As Jean Luc Picard said, "make it so."
We're using this app to help capture repeat orders and it's doing very well for us. The support team is very helpful with all our concerns and issues.
I enjoy using recharge to easily adjust our company's customers plans. It is very smooth and simple to use. Milos, and the support team are always quick to remedy any issues.
This app helps a lot with organizing and running our subscriptions. Support has been great with help to fix some coding issues and getting it working to our requests.
