Elijah P. was extremely helpful and ensured the integration ran smoothly. We're very impressed with the level of support and customer service so far.
Our subscripton model is a big part of our DTC business and I'm so glad we decided to go with ReCharge. The support team is awesome. Really responsive and fast, and nothing is ever too much for them. I've been dealing with Snezana A to resolve a query and she was A-MAZING! If you're on the fence about using these guys, I would wholeheartedly recommend you to go for it.

We had to run a bulk update through ReCharge which usually takes several business days. I explained to the team that our issue was a bit time sensitive and we needed the update done on a specific date -- they were very responsive and were able to accomodate my request! Matt and Nevena were in particular very helpful.
ReCharge's workflows are incredibly robust -- but VERY sensitive. I was going insane trying to figure it out myself, but Dalia from live chat spent 1.5 hours with me sorting it all out. She was AMAZING. Not a single detail was missed. EVERY STONE WAS TURNED. So polite. So helpful. And yes... we FINALLY cracked the code (thanks to her). If you don't have the chat functionality of ReCharge... it's worth every penny.

Helpfull customerservice. The features requested was not avaiable. However the customer service was quick to offer other tools.
I wish I could give this app 1/2 a star. Initially, app worked as expected - but over the last year, we have experienced key functionality failures. My business missed out on thousands of dollars that were supposed to be auto-charged by this app and despite the date being set... it did not charge the customers. Now we have to go back and attempt to manually reach out to each customer for those payments. What a nightmare and embarrassment. I will no longer be using this app. Oh and there is no way to contact a live rep - only via emails. Wish I never used this service.
