I use this app to bill subscriptions monthly and semi-annually and annually. So far-so-good. Terrell has helped me multiple times and Recharge remains an important part of our Shopify store.
I use ReCharge to manage our subscription products and have really enjoyed it! It's very robust and can do quite a bit which is great since so many subscription companies have different needs. Dalia with the support team is awesome! She's always super friendly and really works to give the best support possible.
The function of the app is great, but the clean up of it is a bit confusing. Would love for the products to sync automatically!
Recharge customer service has been consistently good! Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that ReCharge doesn't have access to the Bulk Discount logic that we wrote as a Shopify Script. We setup a rule, "Buy 3 - 4 items, save 10%, buy 5+ items, save 15%." The initial order is priced correctly, but subsequent subscription orders do not have the bulk discount, so we have to manually correct these. It's a bit of a pain. I believe this is caused by a limitation imposed on ReCharge by Shopify not giving API access to Shopify Scripts. (?) ReCharge recommended that we use their new Checkout / Cart, but that currently only supports Shopify Payments, and we're on Braintree. So we're basically at a Catch-22. But in general, ReCharge does an excellent job for us and our customers.
Great customer service - Bryan Nguyen and Vincent have been super helpful and responsive; vital for our ecommerce biz!
Despite the app not being a perfect fit for our flows (it doesn't play nicely with all ERPs), Bryan took the time to walk me through some scenarios and provided me with the in-depth technical information needed for us to make our next steps. Really excellent support!
On one occasion Owais has provided me with useful guidance. Another time, Damien has been of great help and has even made a video to show me on to perform a certain activity step by step. I appreciate their support staff.

I can't say enough good things about Recharge! Easy set-up, simple navigation in the admin portal, great 'help' articles. Our customers can easily manage their subscriptions (we use the Novum theme), and Recharge is always adding great new features.
But most of all, their support staff is stellar - very thorough, and they always include screenshots. Highly recommended.
Pro tip: make sure to enable cc of all customer notifications to a folder in your inbox. This has really helped us out when disputing chargebacks.
