We've been using this app now for over a year and its enabled us to offer our customers a really unique 'trial' experience that converts well because we don't need to go back to them for payment when they decide to proceed with the sale. The support is fantastic from both a integration perspective but also really helpful with some billing/payment plan confusion we discovered. I would highly recommend this app.
Interface is a little clunky and I wish there were better analytics, but Recharge gets the job done. Their customer service is terrific and was very patient with my team. As far as subscription apps go Recharge is the best for the money.
Breanna W. and Nevana were very helpful when doing our bulk pricing update. It would be nice if this app had the capability to do an easy bulk update on pricing (as in a check mark for current subscribers and one for new subscribers) so when you adjust a price you have the option to change it for both new and current subscribers. However, the customer service we received from Breanna and Nevana was great. Thank you.

I love the customer service or support team 5 stars. They help me a lot to resolve my questions. I'm giving 4 star right now because I would like to have more filter options to customize my data.
