We use recharge for our subscription program, and have been pleased with the responsive and helpful customer service we've received. There have been a few hiccups, but Tigist was extremely prompt, patient and thorough with all of her communications and helped us overcome the obstacles we came up against. Thank you!

Recharge has the best customer service hands down! Quick and easy to speak to. I always get my problems resolved In no time!
This app has really helped with customer retention, and DJ in customer service was great. Be warned though that if you want quick response times you will need to get a premium service plan.
Works great for what we use it for. For the one instance where we had an issue that we could not resolve there support team were happy to help.
