I had an issue with a missing contract, and Sean G. was friendly and quick to resolve the issue for me and get the user's information added. Anytime I have needed to reach out to Recharge for assistance, their agents have consistently been pleasant and knowledgeable.
We appreciate the kudos - especially the shout-out to Sean G! Our support staff works hard to model our core value of empathy in all our merchant interactions.

*Edit -Ranson helped us get this working so I edited my review. We cant even get a response for their support staff to get us up and running. Very Unprofessional. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
Recharge has been incredibly useful and the IT support desk are prompt and helpful with questions I have had.
This app powers our entire subscription biz and we wouldn't be able to run on shopify without it. Functionality is slightly limited out of the box, but the Recharge team is ready and willing to help with any and all customizations, and their CS team is very responsive and willing to help with all issues big and small.
Jairus is the man! Helped address some problems we were having coming over from another platform and made everything super easy for us.

Really helpful support from the team - and some nice online documentation and FAQs where I could find answers myself.
These are definitely the best option if you are looking to offer subscriptions on your site. They offer a lot of different features out of the box and everything works well with Shopify. We have been using them for the last 7 months, and in that time the support has got immeasurably better. Would highly recommend
