Recharge Subscriptions

Recently, I was experiencing some error issues with ReCharge and Julmar was integral in supporting me figure out what was going on. The customer support team at Recharge is top-tier!! They always respond right away and resolve any issues immediately, and always with a great attitude!

Prepare to annoy and frustrate your most loyal customers, and receive numerous emails to help manage their subscriptions. App is so buggy at the moment that I can't even manage my own subscriptions with them. If I, the owner, can't do it, you better bet your customers can't. Been using them for over a year!

Overall ReCharge is a very good app that provides the ability to offer subscriptions to our customers. The support team has also been very responsive and helpful in addressing any issues we have run into.

I do think that having some added customization/flexibility in the way bundles are set up and function as well as within the interface would be very beneficial and take the app to another level. Some things are a bit limited and have required workarounds.

This app has really helped us provide a great subscription service for our customers and would highly recommend it. Great service!

We made the switch from a popular subscription service to Recharge and it was the best move ever!! Our subscriptions have gone way up already in just a week. The support team is by far one of the best support teams I've worked with. I was able to get the migration and setup done with the help of their team and I'm not a developer, just a somewhat tech savvy person. I've had a few user-error things happen and they've helped me quickly and always respond right away. So happy we made the switch and I know my customers are too!
