The support was awesome and quick! Needed some help with Recharge and Shopify integration and I was given a clear instruction and assistance.
Alicia J. with ReCharge was so helpful! She replied to me over the weekend, when I didn't expect to hear back until Monday. Not only did she quickly help me out, she confirmed everything was working on Sunday morning! Before I even logged into my laptop, she had proactively checked my account to make sure the changes were made effective. I love ReCharge and have had nothing but success using this application! 12/10 would recommend.

Recharge is a dependable subscription app for Shopify stores. Customer support including Hazel and Robert are great. You can tell Recharge is listening to feedback and working to implement solutions to issues encountered.
Troy is amazing and incredibly helpful! He knew exactly how to help me and was very thorough with his instructions. He responded fast to my inquiry and I could not be more grateful! ReCharge has excellent customer service overall and has been incredibly helpful when we need to update things in our system. They are happy to set up calls with us for extra assistance and help our business run successfully.
Tigist from Customer Service was very helpful resolving a product sync issue we had after making changes to the product in the catalog made it unavailable for recurring subscription orders. This is a great product! We wish it was able to charge in multiple currencies: something that currently forces us to manage multiple Shopify stores for subscriptions in multiple countries. Otherwise very good.
Duska was of great help and resolved the issue in a timely manner

I had a question about the amount of charge retry's a customer would have before their card wouldn't be charged anymore- and after those tries max out if I had to manually retry their purchased order for them. I received my answer right away from great customer service with large detail
