Recharge Subscriptions App

Been with them for a few years now across a couple of brands and makes navigating the tricky Amazon platform much easier. 10 x better than uploading spreadsheets. Everything seamlessly integrates with Shopify so sales are all in the same place. Customer services are really on it too. Shout out to Vuk!

The overall app experience is pretty straightforward and easy to use. I do wish there were more robust analytics functionalities but I believe the team is working on that. In terms of service, Gordon has been great in being proactive on how to get our store up and running. We are anxiously waiting for recharge sms for non Shopify Plus stores!

We have been using the app for the last 5 years. Mostly it has been fine although the layout of the webpage is confusing if you need to make changes to customers subscriptions. However with the recent announcement of a 400% price increase on the standard plan, which seems rather excessive... greed much? we will be looking elsewhere. Great support through the onboarding process. Has done everything we expected for supporting our subscription offering. The new theme for the subscriber portal is a huge improvement.
