We have had a pretty great experience with Recharge so far, especially the customer service. I worked with Vinse R for our launch, and he was wonderful! He was SO responsive and helpful, plus he was a pleasure :) Thank you so much!
We migrated our subscription business to ReCharge and it's helped us offer new features that help drive LTV like one-time addons, retention strategies, and quick actions via SMS.
Customer Service was amazing. I had an issue setting up the recharge add-on but a quick chat with their support team fixed it. Within 5 minutes I had it up and running my products were available as a subscription.
This app is really fantastic; quite robust and the support is amazing. Very fast and helpful. Pretty much anything you would want to do with subscriptions you can do with this app.
Dora was able to research my issue and give me solutions that fixed it within a couple of days. Thanks for your help.
Has grown to be an absolutely essential part of our business. It's seamless and the analytics section is gold! We're able to quickly see our active subscribers, churn, and future revenue!

ReCharge is a good app and importantly is an easy out of the box solution for SMEs. Some of their competitors offer powerful solutions, but with great power comes a disgusting amount of effort for essentially exactly what ReCharge provides. Support from Nigel at ReCharge was consistent and comprehensive and he helped us get hundreds of products loaded & live in a matter of days. If you're lucky enough to work with Nigel send him a voucher for a beer or something.
GREAT migration process - this was something we were really hesitant about but it was very easy and any little bug (which we only had two small issues) were fixed almost immediately and our customers had no interrupted service.
