Helpful customer service. They went above and beyond to find a solution to my use case! I use them for both pre-paid and recurring subscriptions.
Received good support with an issue after custom theme install which solved my problem very quickly. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because a little bit of code was left on a theme file which I had to clean up. Other than that a very positive experience.
Everyone was extremely responsive and helpful with solving a few issues we were having. I am happy with the service.

We're not in love with the ReCharge app. It's a bit non-intuitive and wonky for customers to easily make changes. Seems most can not figure out how to log in to their accounts. I WILL say that we've recently had an issue that we have been dealing with ReCharge Customer Support, and they have been fabulous. Specifically Zachary and Hector. Prompt, efficient, and effective has been their troubleshooting. They're exemplary.
I love this app, everything was simple to install and I love how it looks on the store. Customer service is top notch as well- highly recommend!
Great experience so far, Evangeline on the ReCharge Support team was extremely helpful! We had a non-standard issue, and she truly went above and beyond to make the app work for our business
We just launched Recharge on our store and it was not easy because of our ERP system. We had to tweak the migration plan due to this but Vinse Ridecour has helped us so much and the launch was successful. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and we're very happy he was our launch engineer! He responded to our emails no matter what time of the day, even on his vacation. Thank you so much! It was the best support experience!
