Recharge Subscriptions

I had several questions about rescheduling orders and integration of a new Shopify theme with the Recharge App. Jaden W. took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know without rushing through the process. Lots of info to process but an excellent support experience.

Recharge has been a really effective service to use for selling subscriptions. Their support team is very responsive and helpful with our questions. There are some limitations with the service, but overall we've enjoyed using Recharge for over 5+ years!

The Recharge services my shopify store uses are ONLY automated services, and for years they only charged ~$40/month. In 2024 they have bumped it up almost $100 MORE a month for same AUTOMATED services. Holding their customers hostage as migrating to another program would be timely and annoyingly difficult.

Recharge Pro is a phenomenal app. We've used this integration for years and it has worked wonders for our website and managing our subscriptions. We recently need assistance in customizing some of our subscriptions for our 2024 initiatives and we had the pleasure of work with Bryan from their team who worked with us for several hours to get our entire back end set up and fully functional. Mallory was super helpful with my particular issue. Not only did they understand exactly the issue I was explaining over chat, they took the time to fully vet the resolution and presented me with exact instructions to complete in my Shopify back end. Once I corrected the issue, Mallory stayed on the ticket and responded to let me know that the issue had been resolved from Recharge's perspective as well. Excellent, efficient service with a resolution completed within the initial contact. Keep up the great service!
