I wish I could give this app 1/2 a star. Initially, app worked as expected - but over the last year, we have experienced key functionality failures. My business missed out on thousands of dollars that were supposed to be auto-charged by this app and despite the date being set... it did not charge the customers. Now we have to go back and attempt to manually reach out to each customer for those payments. What a nightmare and embarrassment. I will no longer be using this app. Oh and there is no way to contact a live rep - only via emails. Wish I never used this service.
I use this app to sell products by subscription. It's easy to set up and the support team has been very helpful thorough out!
The SMS feature wasn't working as expected. The 3-day notice to our customers (prior to shipment) wasn't going out. That's the most important text! Taylor P. was super helpful in getting the issue resolved. It did take a few weeks, but he maintained communication with me on a weekly basis do I knew the issue was still on his radar which gave me peace of mind. Taylor P was awesome! Thanks again for your diligence and attention to our issue. While I give the app 4 stars, I give Taylor P 5 stars!

I switched from another website platform where the recurring order system was really not working well. Recharge has been a breath of fresh air. The cost is very reasonable even for low volume shops like mine, while still offering great customer service when help is needed. I was able to import my current subscribers to my Shopify site easily, and customers have a lot of tools available to them. Recharge also can read line item properties generated by variant apps, which is something that other apps are missing. Highly recommend!
If I could give you all a zero I would. they are purposely screwing over small and medium business. I just had a meeting with them and they told me that they do not want to work with small businesses and they are doing that by charging prices for their membership that they know business owners can't afford. They told me that they would rather have our small business work with yotpo instead. What business in their right mind would purposely send customers to other businesses? They are shady and a greedy company. I do not see them being able to survive if they keep screwing over small business owners.

Quite intuitive, very useful. It usually works great - we just experienced a couple of minor issues with out "go to checkout" button, but overall very good experience. CS team is always happy to help.
This app was easy to install, the team was amazing in helping to get our migration right, and the subscriptions implemented. Clear, concise directions. Damien even made me a video to walk me through what I needed to do step by step!
I was willing to cope with the many technical issues. But you have neglected my support request for over a week on a very important theme launch, despite the numerous emails I've sent. You don't even have a customer service number. As a paying customer, what other options do I have to get my issues resolved? This is unacceptable. My project timeline has now been completely derailed because of ReCharge's inaction. Please please fix this now.
The app used to be impressive, we have been using it for some time, but today we received an email outlining the new pricing that we will be required to pay starting next year: $99 per month. This exorbitant price tag is simply unaffordable, making it difficult for us to survive. And to have the gall to also continue/increase the transaction fee at the same time.
We're disappointed.
We will promptly search for an alternative app provider if this remains smh
