Customer service is always very helpful and knowledgable, very quick to answer back in chats. Ola has helped me twice now and is fabulous.
PROS:
- Customer service is always very responsive and helpful. (Shoutout to Zachary!)
- Custom bundles and periodic subscriptions have substantially improved store metrics across the board.
- Analytics dashboard is easy to navigate and read at a glance.
- Good range of integration options with other softwares/apps/services.
CONS:
- Limited out-of-the-box customization for bundle interfaces. Colors and text can be changed, but changing the layout of the bundle UX interface itself requires coding experience or developer assistance.
- Tiered discounts on bundles (add more, save more) cannot stack with other product discounts regardless of settings, due to how Shopify prioritizes discounts.

Even though there are several workflow exceptions that are hard to find and resolve the overall working of the app and the support team make this app worthwhile investing in. Sydney did a great job on the call and I'm very happy.

It keeps evolving and the support is very good. Big shout out to Ola. Often I find with other support apps they have a Quick Look and then you get dropped if it’s too much effort. Ola kept at it and genuinely helped.

The Analytics Have not been working since end of day Jan 25th(today is Jan 29th) , and not a single email from them explaining what's going on. Full 24 hours after they stopped working they uploaded a small banner on the analytics page saying they're working on fixing it. Didn't respond to any tickets. HORRIBLE at communicating issues.
Also WTF? How can analytics be down for 3 full days? And 2 of them are work work days too. I have never seen a software fuck up this bad.

Great technical support, platform works great. The only bummer is that we were onboarded onto ReCharge Memberships rather than ReCharge subscriptions for our SaaS offering which seem to have not been the best fit. But overall a great platform if you're looking to provide subscription offerings.
The system works fine, but updating existing subscriptions is annoyingly difficult. The help files need to be rewritten and aimed at 'mum and dad' users (which I would imagine would be the bulk of your clients) and clearly step by step explain the process.
