I have been using ReCharge since starting my subscription business in 2017. The features are great and the customer service is excellent! Very friendly, helpful, knowledgable and professional. Highly recommend!
The ReCharge support team has been excellent to work with. We appreciate their dedication to help us achieve our sales goals.

Good, friendly and fast customer service! I wished for more compatibility of RECHARGE with other apps but with the Shopify checkout + RECHARGE that wouldn't be a problem.
This app is great for my subscription business and I have been using it for a number of years, but what I really love about it is the helpfulness of the support team, they respond quickly and help me fix any issues I have and also give me links to tutorials to read so I can make even better use of the app. They are also regularly updating the app to make an even better customer experience for both myself as a business and also my customers.
Sean G. was super helpful and fast to provide an answer to the request I submitted. Even if he went to investigate a solution, he made me feel like I could wait a lifetime with his humor and kind messages. So, thank you for making my support experience pleasant.
The Recharge team has been great (Ana, Brendhain, Timoor & Jairus specifically). We've been with them from the beginning and they've been open to ideas and very responsive in helping to solve anything that needs to be addressed.
