Switched over from Pay Whirl and never looked back. The process of moving our subscribers over to Recharge was quick and easy. Recharge offers way more features (like pausing) and makes it easier for our team to adjust subscriptions on the backend. The new analytics on the homepage is also great!

ReCharge is excellent! We have been using ReCharge for almost 4 years now to handle our subscription service. They have a ton of features and integrations and they are constantly building out more. Support is also excellent - fast response, effective solutions, and often times they go the extra mile to implement a solution. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to offer subscriptions to their customers!

Support has always been very responsive and helpful. There's some actions such as bulk discount importing that are not yet available to store admins in the app (I think they're working on it). It's always a seamless process but Brad S. from ReCharge Customer Support was especially great in helping with an urgent import request this time around. It was done in less than 24hrs. Overall, great experience working with the support team at Recharge.
Great customer service! Very helpful in solving issues as they come up and the documentation library is very extensive.
