Support is wonderful, everyone I have spoken to in the years of using this app has been incredibly patient and helpful. Adam was recently amazing in helping to answer all of our questions for our shopify subscription upgrade, and helped us come up with a solution to our unique shipping problem. Thank you!

It's the best, good support is the key. It's not perfect but they respond pretty timely and genuinely seem to care and we get issues sorted out. Highly recommend.
This app has been great for our coffee subscription. It’s nice to have customers be able to update or change their subscription on their own.
Jairus is always so helpful and goes above and beyond of the original request to enable us to complete projects/solve problems.

Recharge has great chat support! Malcolm was very fast at responding & helped me every step of the way. I do wish Recharge offered demos or videos for help since that is always easier to follow along. Pretty easy app to work once you get the hang of it.
