Great App and great support, amazing :)

I recently needed some tech support and was helped by Elijah. It was *hands down* the best support I have ever received. Elijah was prompt, clear, and kind. In 2 emails, Elijah was able to fully solve my problem. I am very impressed.

Courteous, professional and timely customer support. Much appreciated dealing with real humans in these times where AI has replaced customer service personnel in too many businesses.

Recharge support is fantastic. We were will a smaller subscription management company prior and it might be days before we heard back from them. Recharge does a great job at prioritizing support tickets and replying promptly, even to low level issues.

Great bot (which is rare). Turned over to quality customer support quickly. Very satisfied with the experience.

We migrated from Recharge to Yotpo Subscriptions last year, and realized pretty quickly the mistake we had made. We are now back at Rechage, and excited to see all the new products and features they are rolling out!
