Recharge Subscriptions

I don’t think there are much subscription app on the store but for me, this has been one of the easiest subscription app to use. Everything is integrated and easy to use. Plus the customer service will answer any questions you have promptly.

I really appreciate Vuk's assistance in answering questions about my subscription. He was super helpful and I'm very happy with his service.

Customer service has always been very helpful and prompt! The app itself has been wonderful to use with our subscription business and we are very happy with the performance and abilities.

We used this app to charge customers for recurring coffee subscriptions. I had an issue manually adding a customer to link to our store for a recurring purchase, and Nena replied very quickly and was very helpful and professional. I emailed for support on a shipping charge issue. The support team resolved the issue quickly. I find that each time I email for support I get an response quickly. The support team is very good with getting issues resolved due to a high knowledge of the Recharge program. I am very satisfied with the support team.

We had an issue on the weekend of payment processing for our store and we were thankfully able to get assistance from Recharge about the issue. The Recharge Rep. worked tirelessly to help us overcome our issue and stayed in touch to make sure all went well.
