Great app and excellent support system! I highly recommend this app for your subscription needs. 5 stars.
We had to run a bulk update through ReCharge which usually takes several business days. I explained to the team that our issue was a bit time sensitive and we needed the update done on a specific date -- they were very responsive and were able to accomodate my request! Matt and Nevena were in particular very helpful.
Matt A. helped me trouble shoot some issues and he was super attentive, patient and helpful. Recharge is lucky to have him!

Recharge support has been very helpful! They follow through with great communication on even the smallest issue. I am not tech savvy, but they have helped me with everything that has come up so far. I highly recommend this app in general - easy back end and front end. But they are the best support of all the apps I have on my shopify account.
