Recharge Subscriptions

Recharge Subscription app helps our company to manage the subscription orders easily and effectively.

I've been very pleased with the support of this app. The help documentation is thorough and the responses when I have a question are detailed. It's fairly intuitive to navigate the backend and clients are easily able to manage their own subscriptions.

Recharge has been a great partner for us for the past 3 years. We're now on their Pro plan, and the features and level of support we receive whenever we need to tweak something are stellar - the team responding to our queries (Jairus, Paola, Tarek, Alicia, and of course Timoor) usually responds within 12 hours and solves whatever we need.

Great customer support so far. Still need to test the app itself. We hope recharge can help us grow our business.

Although there are still functions that we'd love to see, the capabilities have been further enhanced recently so there is quite a lot more that we can achieve now! Customer service is very responsive, helpful and friendly too.

WOW! ReCharge is everything and more. You need this app if you have a subscription. Legit, their customer service is always responsive within 24 hours and they even helped me resolve an issue with a brand new Shopify theme that wasn't allowing me to connect any of the back end stuff after countless hours of trying. They rock, esp. Eduardo Mallmann who helped me resolve my Shopify theme! Please pick them and download this app for your subs.

Very easy to set up. Great Support, that is quick to help and gives detailed answers to make sure everything is working as intended. There are some limitiations in regards to discount integration but all in all we are very happy with recharge.

Gabriel was amazingly helpful when setting up my promotion on Recharge, making sure that it was set up correctly! So prompt with responses and went the extra mile to help me - it was so appreciated!
