Recharge Subscriptions

After a somewhat confusing set of starts and stops with different reps, Dora was extremely helpful in pulling together my support history and helping me get to a quick resolution. We had a very complicated subscription program and Recharge was always willing to help us think (and execute) outside of the box to accomplish our brand objectives.

Recharge works very well as a subscription service. We've used it for years. There was a slight issue when I switched my payment processor, I contacted Recharge and Alex G resolved the issue immediately with expert skill.

Our migration to Recharge was straightforward and uneventful. Vinse was masterful in the prep meetings and helped us to understand the key points through the migration checklist shared.
