We use Recharge to process monthly and yearly charges as part of our membership program. Everyone we've worked with has been great help, especially Gordon. Recharge is easy to navigate for customers and for us on the backend. The few times we've needed help with something we have received it in a timely manner.
This app has a ton of functionality and their support is stellar. Strongly recommend.

We initially had issues with the app and our ability to view customer information within shopify. I am happy to report that ReCharge DID fix the issue and we are now able to do all of the functions through shopify as promised. This app is very user friendly for the end user and places automatic subscription orders while sending customers a notification with time to allow them to increase, reduce, swap, cancel, or update before each order is placed. It also allows us to adjust the order for the customer as they sometimes request. I've gone from frustrated to impressed. I thank ReCharge for working out a fix and for sticking with it. This review update is my thanks for their hard work and for making it happen.
UPDATE: 2/7/24: After several years of recharge use, recharge has gone from a fee structure designed to make money with you as you grow, to a structure designed to make money off of you. With an increase of over 1000%, even good customer service like described above, does not compensate for corporate greed. Goodbye Recharge.

The support is fantastic and super quick. I've needed help several times, and their response time always amazes me. Very few companies offer this type of service.
So far so good. Customer support (Matt) has been very helpful so far with the onboarding process and has answered all questions. Looking forward to getting our subscriptions live.
Benjamin responded to help email within minutes telling me my problem was solved as well as how he solved it! By far best customer support I've experienced in a while!
The best subscription app out there. Easy to use, install and set up. Customer service has been excellent. Would recommend.
App works great (though I don't like having to dig inside the apps every time to get it, wish it was connected to shopify in a more user friendly way. also having to duplicate products is kinda weird visually). but all in all been very satisfied and a huge upgrade from what we were doing on woocommerce. And, had a support issue that Ronnie nailed! Thank you!
Robust app with all the required integrations with our Shopify store. Justin and the support team in general were of great help switching over and maintaining our subscription services. Would recommend to anyone looking to switch to or improve subscription services. Thanks!
