Tech support has always been on point. Not only are they knowledgeable and efficient with solutions, they are also friendly and a pleasure to work with; you don't need to be a techie to talk to their techies to achieve perfect results. This review is for the fantastic support experience we had with Juan C. We had an urgent payment issue that was complicated but Juan immediately got to the root of the issue. Not only was the issue identified but he went above and beyond to fully explain all of it to us, making sure we understood and patiently explaining further if we didn't.
