Appreciate the quick response to our rogue widget! Juan C. was very helpful and was able to identify and resolve the issues with our code in a timely manner.
We've been super happy with ReCharge! The customer support is amazing - we've always got a fast response and help, when needed. Could easily recommend! Special thanks also to Nikola – he did an amazing job and answered super quickly to everything!
This app needs no introduction as it's become an industry standard with Shopify and enabling subscription/recurring revenue e-commerce businesses. So you'd think they would rest on their laurels when it comes to customer service, right?? WRONG -- ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SUPPORT. Add to this the fact they are constantly rolling out new features and functionality. Best app experience. Hands down. - the team over at NateGrooming.com
