Tigist was a major help. We resolved an issue with our client portal that we had been grinding on for months. She resolved this within a few hours and it was an awesome experience to work with her. Extremely professional and efficient experience.

We recently switched to ReCharge in order to integrate with a new loyalty and rewards platform. Not only does ReCharge fulfill that need for us, it's also a much better user interface for customers. ReCharge support has been very helpful as well whenever we have questions or run into roadblocks with implementation.
Amazing customer service, very efficient. My issue was resolved within an hour. User friendly website, lots of staff can use with next to no training as it is very accessible.
