Recharge has been really solid for us. It is easy to integrate, offers unique customizations, and has comprehensive technology.
Their support is all remote and typically is sufficient, but sometimes it can take longer than ideal to get issues resolved.
Unfortunately, more custom support is only available on the highest tier plan (we are on the pro plan). I think ReCharge would benefit greatly from options for phone support. I also think that for some of the more complex functionalities, more could be done to make it easier to do on your own.

ReCharge allowed us to setup a monthly subscription to our PDF pattern offer. The cost is not negligible, but the service is on point, no other app offers the same level of functionality. Also, the customer service never disappointed us, they always responded quickly and managed to solve our issues. (Shout out to Nikola who just helped us on a huge problem, which turned out to be our fault)
Big help in sales and analytics. Customer support is actually helpful too! Looking forward to moving forward w/ them for a while!
Recharge is easy - setting up a regular customer base for a solid proportion of your monthly sales makes life easier for us and for the customer.
I switched from Bold and I'm very happy I did. Improved analytics, checkout flexibility, and bundling.
