I discovered an issue in our recharge system and could not figure out the solution. I contacted recharge via their live chat and received an incredible fast and effective help from Juan C. He solved the issue for me and made sure he helped me in an efficient and friendly way! Amazing support, thank you!
Quite intuitive, very useful. It usually works great - we just experienced a couple of minor issues with out "go to checkout" button, but overall very good experience. CS team is always happy to help.
Recharge seems to be the standard subscription app for Shopify. It does its job, but from the customer's point of view, it's not intuitive. We receive a lot of customer support requests asking for help changing ship date, flavor, etc. However, they are continually updating and it is improving. The customer support has been very good, but it does not always integrate as seamlessly as I would expect.
Happy about that Recharge Subscriptions. Support is always there to help. We are using it since a couple of years now.
Fantastic app for managing subscriptions! Love how easy it is to use. Customer support is great. Special mention Miley W who has been very helpful assisting us to transition to the native Shopify checkout! Excellent service!

Great customer support! I had an issue with a notification email and their support team helped all the way.
We rely on ReCharge to process all of our subscription orders, and so far are very happy with the experience. Customer service, in particular, is responsive and very helpful -- a customer service rep named Chris with whom I've recently been tackling an issue is a particular stand out!
They certainly increase the prices of the app without any warning at all and now since our subscribers are still in this we cannot close and canceled app.
WARNING do not ever use this app they are stealing money
