I had trouble recently with getting the right reports and changing user access rights. Yajaira was super helpful in resolving these issues and also this was done very quickly. It is comforting to know that the support team are able to help when needed with minimum of fuss.
This is specifically about support, not much experience with the workings of the app itself yet.
I was having trouble reading and comprehending all the information on the upcoming Shopify Checkout Integration. Got on support and Ola was totally professional and courteous in walking me through my questions bit, by bit, by bit. Some she reasonably couldn't address. Greatly appreciate them.

The first thing that strikes me is the Recharge team's excellent support for integration and support. It was seamless and required little internal resources.
For managing our subscriptions on Shopify, it's been a breeze and powerful with easy customization within the theme.
The app is incredibly user-friendly, and managing recurring orders is effortless.
Highly recommend for any business looking to boost their subscription model!

I was struggling to figure out how to change permissions settings in Shopify in order to be able to schedule our Recharge to Shopify checkout conversion, so I sent in a help ticket. Ola responded so quickly and made a setting adjustment for me that helped me make the necessary change and get the conversion scheduled. It was so great to not have to wait long at all for help AND to receive the right kind of help that quickly solved my problem. I only took off one star because I didn't find the chat bot helpful...chat bots are usually frustrating because I almost always have already Googled my problem and tried to solve it myself BEFORE clicking on the chat feature. It would be more awesome if it were easier to skip the bot and go straight to a human!
Great app that’s easy to set up and manage. Any issues you come across they have a great support team to get it sorted for you quickly.

Recharge has made our customers subscription experience much simpler and easier to navigate which means less complaints for us.
Have also found the team at recharge really fantastic to deal with and super helpful when helping us transfer across and helping with any technical issues in setup.
