Jairus saved our migration! We came over from Appstle and he was great at making sure we were on track to migrate when we needed to. He made the process very smooth, and always with a smile despite our annoying questions!

Be CAREFUL with this company. We have been using their free platform for a couple of years, it is very lacklustre and we were looking for an alternative. They upgraded us to their higher tier to try it out, and it wasn't much better - but instead of putting us back on the free tier, they started billing us $500 per month after the trial! We have been trying to get them to stop billing us since August and every month they charge us $500 USD or more for something we are not even using!!. It's infuriating! They just reply saying "the free tier doesn't exist anymore" and then they still charge us!
You cannot remove your credit card, you cannot change your billing tier - you are at their mercy. We now have to just shut down our subscription service entirely since removing the app is (hopefully) the only way to get them to stop charging us!

Switched over from Pay Whirl and never looked back. The process of moving our subscribers over to Recharge was quick and easy. Recharge offers way more features (like pausing) and makes it easier for our team to adjust subscriptions on the backend. The new analytics on the homepage is also great!

I was reluctant to sign up to Recharge at first because of the higher price vs the lower priced subscription management apps available, however I have to say this is already proving extremely valuable.
First it's a well built app which just works so I don't have to worry about that, and the support team has always been highly responsive and extremely helpful with their responses (thank you Vincent for your support just now).
I also have found that more revenue is being saved because of the workflow from Recharge to encourage skipping, rather than a straight off the bat cancellation from the customer, so it's already proving highly valuable.
Great app, highly recommend!
