This is a seriously powerful app and we've been using it for a few years now. Customers are generally able to manage their own subscriptions without needing any help. Customer service is also top notch, friendly and professional. Rachel has helped answer some question I had about the new Shopify checkout integration plans. Recommended.
Best subscription platform for e-commerce. The upgrade to Pro is worth the money for the chat support alone.

Received excellent service from Tigist when experienced an issue with a customers account. She responded promptly.
Recharge works very well as a subscription service. We've used it for years. There was a slight issue when I switched my payment processor, I contacted Recharge and Alex G resolved the issue immediately with expert skill.
Customer Service is excellent. App comes the closest of all out there to providing the functionality we require.
Excellent, fast customer service. Some data redundancies that can make entry a chore, but overall does exactly what we need.
