Jaden specifically has made the experience from transferring Recharge to Shopify checkout an absolute breeze. Jaden was extremely communicative, technically skilled and patient. I feel so lucky to have been assigned Jaden at time of transfer. I seriously couldn't ask for better support.
I emailed for support on a shipping charge issue. The support team resolved the issue quickly. I find that each time I email for support I get an response quickly. The support team is very good with getting issues resolved due to a high knowledge of the Recharge program. I am very satisfied with the support team.
Have been using Recharge now for over 4 years. Great App with super customer service and very speedy sorting out any tweaks. We recently updated our theme and had some minor issues with the widget. Recharge done all they could within their means and recommended eShop Genius to us for further dev work with up to 5hrs free dev. Nick from the eShop quickly got back to us and fixed our issues. 5* ...
