Kinder Beauty has been on ReCharge since day one, going on 2.5 years now. We love the ReCharge team, and they've helped us scale from a new startup to a significant ARR. They are always looking to improve and to rollout new features for brands like ours, and they truly understand the challenges subscription DTC businesses face. Big fan!
We use recharge for our quarterly wine club membership. We rarely ever have a hiccup with the app, as it is straight forward and easy to use. This is the best solution we've found for handling subscriptions on the Shopify service, given that they aren't supported natively. There is a bit of setup required but the support staff are very helpful in getting you up and running.
The customer support for this app is excellent! Every time I have needed help or had a question they are highly responsive and get the task resolved quickly. The app itself is also very user friendly and works as it should.
