We've been with easto since launching our online store and they have been great to work with. The app is very easy to use for us and seems to be easy to use on our customers' end as well to edit or cancel their subscriptions. She helped me migrate and transfer all my subscriptions seamlessly, assisted with custom widgets, and gave a very detailed product walkthrough so I actually understood how everything works.
What really impressed me is that I had a very specific, non-standard use case that required developer involvement. Instead of pushing back or giving generic answers, the team worked with me to find the right solution. The developers implemented exactly what I needed, and we collaborated until it worked perfectly.
