Appstle℠ Subscriptions App

I had a really great experience migrating from Shopify Subscriptions to Appstle. The support and migration team guided me through the entire process step by step, performed a test migration first, helped me verify the subscription data and billing, and made sure my existing customers wouldn’t be affected or charged twice.

They were very responsive whenever I had questions and also helped with the final setup, syncing the migrated subscriptions with my new plan, and even removing the Appstle branding from the widget for me.

The whole migration felt very careful and well managed, which was especially important to me because I already had a large number of active subscriptions. Really happy with the support and the app so far!

Took a bit of doing to get the subscription set up exactly how I wanted, but works well once set up! Additionally, support was extremely helpful when I had a question about setup. They responded extremely quickly, and even recorded a video to show me exactly what to do. Super helpful!

Very easy to setup. The tutorials are great and the live support is amazing! I tried two other Shopify subscription apps (Shopify Subscriptions and Easy Subscriptions) and the Appstle app is by far the best. Appstle also had all the options and configurations that I needed. Excellent!

Great support. After a product change, two of our active subscriptions stopped working. Devin found the cause, verified our store and moved both subscriptions to the new variant while keeping each customer's price and billing date. Clear communication and a quick fix.

Amazing app and even better customer service!

Appstle is incredibly complete while still being very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Setting up subscription plans is straightforward and there are so many options to customize the experience for your business.

What impressed me the most was their customer service. I ran into a technical issue with my subscription widget and their support team immediately investigated it, identified the problem and fixed it from their end. They were patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and made sure everything was working perfectly before we finished.

It’s rare to find an app that combines great functionality with such outstanding support. I’m extremely happy with the app and would absolutely recommend it to any Shopify business looking to offer subscriptions. 10/10 experience!

Love this app! It’s allowed my customers to have subscriptions and easily change or add etc. their customer service is amazing! Fast and super helpful.
