The app suits us very well and works great. At the beginning we had a few minor technical issues, but support was always helpful and able to resolve the problems very quickly.

We've been using Appstle Subscriptions for a while now, and it's been working flawlessly! Our customers are actively using the subscription option for our products, and we have experienced absolutely zero issues on the backend. The integration is seamless.

Appstle has been great for managing subscriptions and their customer service is top notch. I needed help with getting a widget onto the cart page to show clearly and I was not only helped with that, but they offered suggestions to make every aspect of it look visually appealing and clearer to customers and even implemented it for me when I approved. Appstle is really working well for us now. We had a slow start with them (several years ago), but all along their commitment to good customer service has been good. The system is running flawlessly and if I do have a question (which is rare), I just use the chat feature and a live person is online with me right away.

Aiden was extremely helpful! He responded quickly, identified the issue immediately, and clearly explained what was happening. He fixed everything right away and even sent me a video walkthrough so I’d have it for future reference. He also removed the Appstle branding from the widget as a complimentary gesture. Excellent service — truly above and beyond!
