So far Appstle has been a wonderful addition to my business helping extend my customer lifetime value and loyalty. Ash in chat support was so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful when I needed help with a technical issue I was having with links. He went above and beyond and saw another opportunity to support my account and did that as well without me having to ask about it. I recommend this service to other small business owners! It's easy enough to start earning subscription customers right away.

This is an updated review after having this for about a year. They STILL give you excellent chat support, and I have the FREE version! They go above and beyond. I have already recommended this to my mastermind group who have online stores!!!!

I contacted support for help, and Sean answered all my questions and concerns without hesitation. He also helped me modify the widget to fit the look and feel of my site.

Appstle is a feature packed subscription app. There's so many things you can do. For us, we picked the Business plan so that we have access to Build-A-Box, which is a way for you to offer monthly, etc. subscriptions to your customers for any number of products that they get to choose. So, for example, they can choose an energy drink, a granola bar, etc. from a nice-looking UI and they subscribe to these items monthly or whatever cycle you wish. They get to build their subscription. And this feature is very customizable. You can change any text and colors to suit your store's style. NANCY from Appstle helped guide us to set up Build-A-Box to suit our use case. And now it's perfect! We asked her like 100 questions and she patiently, knowledgeably, and professionally answered them all to our satisfaction. She is an asset to her company and deserves a raise and promotion immediately! She even quickly created a screen recording with her voiceover to guide us on how to hide certain things that we don't want on our page while pointing us in the direction to show a button on our product page which will open Build-A-Box. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS! Love your product, love the team! :D

Not compatible with new Auth.net integration. Reached out to support and they told me to contact Shopify. Probably still works fine with Shop Pay but don't recommend for anyone using Auth.net.

This is Ria, co-founder of Appstle. I want to clarify that as a native Shopify app, our payments and associated gateways purely and 100% stem from Shopify. As in, we work only with payment methods that Shopify integrates with.
As for Authorize.net, Shopify's still supports it. However, recently, Authorize.net introduced a new version, which doesn't yet integrate with Shopify for subscriptions and recurring payments. Unfortunately, this is a direct limitation on the payment gateway side and as a Shopify native subscription application, it is out of our scope. We are continuously monitoring the payment gateway updates from Shopify and once it is available for the new Authorize.net version, we will be automatically supporting it.

Really nice app and great customer service! There are a few things that can be ironed out like universally changing the email templates, but the everything else was great.
