The interface can be a bit complicated sometimes, but the Appstle Support Team is always very responsive and helpful.

I contacted support for help, and Sean answered all my questions and concerns without hesitation. He also helped me modify the widget to fit the look and feel of my site.

The app itself is easy to set up, although the support on offer is so good that there really is nothing to worry about if you do get stuck with anything.

We saw a slow start, however, we have been surprised by the popularity of the subscription model and would recommend it to anybody with a product line that is endlessly replaceable.

Ash with Appstle customer service truly made the experience with the app worthwhile. Navigating the ins-and-outs of Shopify can be a little confusing, but the team at Appstle walked me through everything with screenshots and patient explanations of how to do each option of how I wanted it set up.
