The app is good. However, to improve further (5 star), you should allow free users to delete their subscribers. This feature is crucial as sometimes we have clients who wants to delete their subscription.

Nevertheless, i was quite impressed by Brooks who handled my queries on deleting my current subscribers. He was very prompt and helpful.

If being asked if i would recommend this app, i said 100%, yes.

Pretty complicated to customize without coding knowledge, BUT support did it all for me, so i didn't have to do any of that myself. Very responsive and quick.

Perfect for small ecom stores that are on a budget. Excellent customer service to solve any little issues and it works pretty seamlessly so far!

After seeing 2 other subscription apps, we are relieved to use Appstle subscriptions withhout a hassle! It works, users can finally change/cancel their subscriptions, we lost so many of them because of the poor app quality of the other apps. For now we're very happy with Appstle. Henry was a great help today. He was able to answer all the answers I had and also was able to help me solve the issue I was having.

The App has everything you need with subscriptions. The customer portal and interface is really clean and easy to use for our customers. The support team are really quick to help with issues big and small and I have not run into any issues that could not be solves.

I started using this app for the first time today. I was jumping into an already set-up store. My help rep, Kylie, walked me through everything. Instead of archived how-to videos, she provided on the spot tutorial screen recordings and screenshots of my own Shopify to teach me how to navigate. I highly recommend this app and the team that's behind it is awesome!

I am continually impressed with the support I get from the team at Appstle. Although the program is generally easy to use, I have run into some questions and they are always very responsive and helpful.
