I have been using this the Appstle Subscription app on my Shopify store for months and decided to change my store theme. When I published the new theme, the subscription option did not carry over. Appstle subscriptions are easy to integrate, nicely extensible and the dev team will help you out when you need it. I'm sure we'll be upgrading to the Premium Business plan very soon as this side of our business grows.
