He created a custom Loom video that clearly explained my error, walked me through the entire process, was incredibly patient and kind, and then helped me with additional questions so I could further correct the problem that I had created. I was going between Recharge and Appstle but lemme tell you, this app is cheaper, more customizable, and their customer service is literally amazingggg!! 10/10

The customer service team is insanely fast and will literally handhold you through setting it up. Nearly 100% of the app is customizable, which can be both good and overwhelming, but having the options is important. Without the customer support team, I'm not sure I'd feel the same way, but happy to recommend this to other users as a result of it being perhaps the fastest and most responsive I've ever dealt with.

Haven't used this app for long but was struggling with figuring out how to project a subscription widget on my web page builder through code as the two apps aren't integrated. I messaged the live chat for help and they have been very helpful with talking to me and doing their best to help me with my issue. Very good customer service, very friendly to talk to, and helpful when needed. Update: The widget has been done! I highly recommend this app the team are great and have helped me with my problem when I was ready to give up on the idea completely, they have done it very fast, and in a day and age where everything extra comes at a cost, they have helped me and sorted this widget without any charges, completely free! Brilliant customer service and a great app!
