Mia was knowledgeable, fast, eager to follow through, and highly responsive. It’s a pleasure to get support from professionals who know what they are doing.
The Manage Subscription button was missing from my customers account page. We had updated to an unsupported theme. Mia immediately understood the problem. The button appeared, but it overlapped text. She continued to work together with me until the problem was resolved.
When the chat was disconnected, she emailed me right away. Thanks for the great support and for making it easy to get help.

The software itself has been really smooth for actually getting and retaining subscriptions. For the one time I've had a small tech issue, the team fixed it in 2 minutes and customized the look for me based on my site's theme. Couldn't ask for more.

Great app and priced far better than some of the competition. The customer portal works really well. We actually migrated to Appstle from another popular subscription application. Customer support is also very helpful! Would highly recommend.

This app has been nothing short of spectacular so far! I used it flawlessly on my Sense theme. There were some compatibility issues when switching to the Shapes theme, however when I reached out to support (Ash was my agent today) they were extremely prompt, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my subscription widget was seamlessly integrated into my new product pages and that all my needs were met. Within a matter of minutes they were able to completely solve all of my issues.
Pro tip: if you're having issues with your product, reach out to support before rage quitting and trying other apps. They'll do their best to get you taken care of :)

It looks great and the support has been excellent. I had some trouble with the price not updating in the cart and I reached out to support and within 5 minutes the issue was solved. 10/10 highly recommend.

Great customer service. After looking at a lot of subscription app options, this was the right choice for us because were on the smaller side. Plus, it's women owned!

I switched from ReCharge to Appstle when ReCharge increased their lowest plan from $39/mo to $99/mo. Appstle is a far better app and works just as well if not better. More options and phenomenally better customer support. Glad I switched and would definitely recommend to any business that needs a subscription service. Keep up the good work Appstle!

Had a great experience with Nancy.I accidentally changed a subscription line and couldnt work out how to rectify it. After trying myself for quite a while I used the help Icon. Nancy answered immediately and got me back on track and fixed all of my issues. Wont hesitate to use them again.
